FilmPass Cinema ticket annual pass

Your annual pass membership will commence as soon as your first month’s allocation is loaded to your FilmPass account ready for you to claim.

The FilmPass annual pass is an annual upfront cost and is valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise.

Cinema ticket prices for all annual pass holders is £5 per cinema ticket - all cinema tickets valid for ANY MOVIE ANY DAY ANY TIME

Includes over 400+ participating FilmPass Cinema venues.
Annual Pass Example: 1 ticket per month = 12 tickets per annum
FilmPass Cinema E-Vouchers can be exchanged for Standard seats to view a standard 2D film showing at any Filmpass Participating Cinema in the UK.

Upgrades may be available, for example IMAX or 3D but an extra fee will be charged by the Cinema.

Annual Cinema tickets are automatically added to your FilmPass account upon activation. The remaining cinema tickets for your annual pass will be added to your FilmPass account on the 1st of each calendar month for the duration of 12-month annual membership.

Cinema ticket(s) unclaimed will NOT roll over into your following months cinema ticket allocations. Cinema tickets loaded to your Filmpass account will need to be claimed via your FilmPass within the same calendar month they are allocated in.

Once you claim your monthly allocation of Cinema tickets you will then have a minimum of 6 months to book a movie at your selected Cinema venue. Remember to claim your allocation each month. You will be able to retrieve already claimed Cinema tickets by visiting your FilmPass MY ACCOUNT section.

You can claim your monthly cinema ticket allocation by simply logging into your FilmPass and selecting "Claim your Cinema Tickets" using FPCREDITS. You will also receive short step by step guide on completion of your purchase of a FilmPass annual pass.

When booking online your seat at your chosen Cinema Website a booking fee will usually be charged by the Cinema.

Your E-Codes cannot be used for Special Events such as premieres, screenings or events do not open to the public.

FilmPass annual pass discount codes from other member benefit programs ARE VALID to receive additional FilmPass annual pass discounts. simply add your discount code at checkout.

Your annual pass will be valid for 12 months from the date your first Cinema ticket(s) is loaded to your FilmPass account.

On completion of your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to claim your monthly Cinema ticket allocation.

Cinema tickets can only be used for the Screening you have booked for and are non-transferrable.

E-Codes cannot be used to buy gift vouchers, gift cards, food, drink, or any other items that are not on FilmPass club’s Website.

Tickets are subject to availability, normal age restrictions, and any other relevant standard terms applied by the Participating Cinema.

There are currently around 400 Participating Cinemas where you can use our E-codes to book. This figure is growing as we add more Cinemas, however; it is also possible that some Participating Cinemas may remove themselves from the scheme. Our website will always be updated at the earliest opportunity to reflect any changes that may occur.

You can cancel your annual pass membership within 14 days of purchase unless. If you can claim your monthly allocation, then you will waive your right to a refund.

All Cinema E-Tickets are delivered instantly, cinema booking instructions can be found under E-Ticket instructions within your FilmPass account.

Once you have redeemed your E-Voucher and booked at your chosen Cinema your tickets can only be used for the Screening you have booked for and are non-transferrable.

By using FilmPass Club you agree to the following terms and conditions for use.
FilmPass Club’s Premium services requires a unique code that an individual can use to create a membership account to FilmPass Club.
FilmPass Club Premium will get you access to cinema discounts off up to 40% off cinema tickets at over 400 cinemas nationwide including Arc, Cineworld, Empire, Merlin, Movie House, Odeon, Savoy, Scott Cinemas, Showcase, Reel, Vue & WTW Cinemas.
FilmPass Club member cards can be purchased in bulk for use as employee rewards or customer loyalty promotions.
Co-branded member cards terms & conditions will be supplied with any orders.
Seamlessly plug FilmPass club into your own member benefit website terms & conditions will be supplied upon an order of this service.

Any E-Voucher purchased using FilmPass Club is subject to BBFC film classification restrictions and
the participating cinema’s general terms and conditions. Guests must be eligible to see their chosen film. Proof of age may be required.
The participating cinema reserves the right to refuse admission. The manager’s decision is final.
FilmPass Club will not enter into any correspondence on this matter.
FilmPass Club cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
FilmPass Club does not give the bearer priority over other guests.
You can purchase up to 6 FilmPass Club memberships if you would like to gift them to friends & family.
Defaced, illegible, or unreadable FilmPass Club activation codes will not be accepted.
Membership cards can be resold if approved to do so by FilmPass Ltd
FilmPass Club can be accessed unlimited times.
All FilmPass Club E-Vouchers can be used for any movie on any day at any time
FilmPass members can purchase E-Vouchers for Friends & Family
FilmPass Club is not valid for any Event Cinema, Live Broadcasts or Private Screenings.
FilmPass Club eVouchers may be valid for any premium experiences such as 3D, IMAX, Premium Seats, Premium Large Format, ATMOS, 4DX, D-Box and any other premium offering or presentation only when a guest is prepared to pay the surcharge over and above the stated adult film ticket price.
For clarification, please contact the participating cinema.
Once FilmPass Club has been used to make a booking at the cinema, the booking cannot be moved, exchanged, or refunded unless you contact the cinema customer services directly.
At the cinemas discretion a booking fee may be charged for any ticket purchase. FilmPass does not provide any saving on this additional fee.
FilmPass Club accepts no liability for any restrictions of use of the card, costs associated with any cancelled performances, or any other item that is not within its control.
ONSCREEN Magazine – quarterly published magazine that members can download as part of your FilmPass Club membership.
Movie Quizzes & Competitions: monthly quizzes for members to participate on demand
Monthly member Special Quiz Competitions that include random chosen winners for simply taking part, prizes include free cinema tickets , London red carpet premiere tickets and much more. Winners T&Cs will be included in any quiz published on FilmPass Club.
FilmPass Club E-Voucher savings are based on each cinema venues peak performance RRP pricing.
PLEASE NOTE: cinema discounts range between 15-40% dependent on each locations RRP pricing.

The Cinema Pass T&Cs
The Cinema Pass provides a unique 16-digit member number that is specific to an individual and can be used to obtain a 20% saving on the standard adult film ticket price, of the performance the ticket is being purchased for.
This saving can be obtained from any participating cinema and is subject to the following conditions:

It is the user’s responsibility to confirm that their cinema of choice will accept The Cinema Pass. Current participating cinemas can be found at www.onscreen.online/thecinemapass/cinemas.

You may be asked to present your Cinema Pass when purchasing/collecting tickets.

Ticket purchase is subject to seat availability at the time of purchase.

Any ticket purchased using The Cinema Pass is subject to BBFC film classification restrictions and the participating cinema’s general terms and conditions. Guests must be eligible to see their chosen film. Proof of age may be required.
